It is a pronounced clunking noise and shaking when turning or backing very slowly, with wheels cranking to left or right. CV boots are intact, everything else seems to be tight.

WebOct 5, 2011 · It is common for the gearbox lower seal to leak the oil into the turntable gear area and the us leave the gears without lubrication. Check the oil Level on the gearbox. Ad it should be dry. Now when you pull the gearbox away from the ring gear be advise if the machine is on a angle the upper house will free wheel if the boom is off the ground.
